1. How many participants per lab group?
Each lab group can accommodate 1 to 4 participants. This limit of 4 per group is to ensure that each person gets to take part in the experiment.
2. What is the maximum number of groups or students per tinyLAB?
The maximum number of groups is 8 and the maximum number of students is 32.
3. Where can the class be conducted?
Our mobile team of educators can conduct the tinyLAB at your location or at our centre. Do note that there might be extra charges for transportation to your location.
4. How many classes can be conducted at one time?
At present, we are only able to conduct one class at a time. However, we are currently expanding to cater for multiple classes very soon.
5. What is the minimum number of signups to start a class?
A minimum of 2 groups is required for a class to start.
6. What is the age range suitable for tinyLABs?
We have tinyLAB programs suited for ages 9 years old onwards until adults. Parents are highly recommended to learn with their children as we want to create opportunities to have parent-child bonding time.
7. Why are there different difficulty level for each tinyLABs?
Our tinyLABs are not following the standard Singapore MOE syllabus. We are a STEM education centre, which promotes inquisitiveness and out of the box thinking. But students who attend our lesson still need to have a base level understanding of certain science topics before they can understand our lesson.
8. Am I able to bring home the equipment?

9. Are the reagents used in the classes safe?
Rest assured, there are no real viruses or harmful reagents in our labs. Our tinyLABs are completely safe for hands-on experiments. We have also made it compulsory for our participants to wear the lab gloves that we will provide.
10. I have already booked a date for a tinylab class, but I am unable to make it for that day.
You can either reschedule your booking to another day, or you can cancel your booking date. Ensure that you are not rescheduling or cancelling within 7 days of the actual booking date. If you urgently need to reschedule or cancel your booking, email us at
11. Will there be any charges for cancellations?
Yes, within 7 days of the actual booking date. Please read our cancellation policy here.
12. What are the methods of payment?
Currently, we only accept payment through PayNow. After you have sign up for our lesson, you will receive an email notification of your confirmation as well as the PayNow number. Email or whatsapp us the screenshot of the payment confirmation when you have successfully paid for the lesson.
