Step1

Choose the category of the programmes you are interested. E.g. Primary school content, Secondary school content or Advanced/ Junior College content.

Choose the program in the category. Set the number of groups that will be attending the lesson, then click select.

Step3

Click on customisation to adjust difficulty level. If not, just click next.

Step4

Pick a date and timeslot from the calendar. Available timeslots will have the dates bolded in black. Clicking on the timeslot of your choice will lead to the next page.

Step5

You are done! All you need to do is to register an account with us first, or if you already have an account, you can proceed into your account. An email of your booking will be sent to your email, which will detail the payment process. Read through it carefully. Take note that confirmation of your booking slot is only after payment. Please do read our terms and conditions and cancellations policy. We follow our terms and condition and cancellation policy very strictly.

Important things to take note when booking for a time slot:

  • When selecting for quantity during booking, submit the number of groups you wish to sign up, not the number of pax that you wish to book. E.g. If you have two groups of two participants, increase the size to two and press the submit button.
  • The unit price stated is the cost per group. We do not count by per pax. Maximum number of participants per group is two
  • Our lessons have a max of 10 groups per session.
  • If you would like to adjust the difficulty level of a tinyLab, please check the tick box on the customisation option in the add-on tab, during your booking process, to either simplify or upgrade the tinyLab lesson.
  • A minimum of two groups are required to start a session. TinyGene holds the right to cancel the session if there are less then two groups that will be turning up for the lesson. If we have cancelled the sessions, we will be sending an email to inform all participants that lessons will be cancelled. There will be no penalty applied for a case that we decide to cancel. Participants that have their lessons cancelled have the option to reschedule or be refunded for the amount that they paid for the lesson.
